Rainbow Healing with Meredith Sloane

THE HEALING EVENT

Rainbow healer Meredith Sloane is based in Los Angeles and a sought-after healer, selling out retreats in Hawaii, Peru, and Mount Shasta, and acclaimed by Hollywood stars. She channels the vibration of color to clear and balance each chakra as we make our way song by song up the rainbow ladder. The healing includes a powerful combination of breath work and energy channeling leaving you feeling cleared and restored.

Mats and blankets are provided. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to stay hydrated.

Doors open at 13:30 and you're welcome to come and hang out at the café and enjoy a delicious cup of tea or coffee.

HEALING + RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS

Drop into your body and ease your mind to prepare yourself and your body for a transformative healing session. Do a restorative yoga class lead by one of Ascend Studios' skilled teachers prior to the event.

Mats and blankets are provided.

The 60-minute yoga class starts at 13:45.

There will be 15 minutes to transition from the yoga class to the healing.

The yoga class is optional.

Ascend Studio is located in the heart of Østerbro. At Ascend they care deeply about your yoga, and creates a yoga practice where YOU are seen.

No two bodies or people are alike. Precisely for this reason, the focus is on the fact that everyone has different needs and must be adjusted differently in the poses.

All teachers are professionally trained yoga instructors and have many teaching hours behind them. They are all certified and teach the hours they are best at and which they most want - the joy of yoga is the driver.

Meredith Sloane, a rainbow energy healer, reiki master, and owner of Real Healing, has helped to transform people's lives for over two decades. 

Channeling the energy of the rainbow, she works with the vibration of color to move energy through each of the chakras. Her work clears energy blocks and activates the body's natural healing sources to restore physical and emotional health.
